Tip 7 💕

Updated: Feb 23, 2021

Building self-confidence and a positive mindset

Step 1 Using colourful paper, write, type or draw messages or images to inspire and encourage you. Positive statements or motivational quotes that make you feel good.

Step 2 Cut the messages out into the shape of speech or thought bubbles and put them in places you will see them in them morning and at night. Your could put them on your bathroom mirror, your fridge, your wardrobe door.

You’ll be surprised how much this little act can make you feel good and change your thoughts

PARENTS Why not do this for your children, so they see positive messages and thoughts to help them build self-confidence
