Forgiveness. How it can help.




Practice forgiveness - Even if it's someone who took your parking space. Or someone who said something that hurt you when you were a child. Where possible try and visualise what they could have been going through, this helps with feeling forgiveness.


It is reported, people who practice forgiveness are more satisfied with their lives
