Affirmation Journals - for confidence and self-esteem

As you know, I recommend using writing and creative methods to help develop confidence and self-esteem. yes, with adults as well as children.

If I’m honest, I use daily affirmations and written positive reminders when I start to feel a dip or self doubt creep in. They can be really powerful.

I know a lot of young people who have really enjoyed doing journals and report to me that they help them focus on the positive things rather than get lost with their worries and negative thoughts. Especially when they are done with parents.

below are a couple of suggestions of already made journals, that are used widely and with positive reviews. However, you can make your own or shop independently.
